KZ Devco, LLC was founded in 1994, by Charles Kavanaugh and Mark Zimmerman. It is a privately held, full service national commercial real estate development firm, specializing in shopping center development, single tenant representation, property management, and construction management. KZ Devco, LLC has successfully acquired, developed, and constructed over 150 projects in 25 different states across the country with the following credit tenants:

Since 2006, KZ Devco, LLC has been the exclusive developer for CVS Pharmacy in the following counties: Los Angeles County, San Diego County, Riverside County, and Orange County. KZ Devco, LLC currently has 24 CVS Pharmacy projects underway with 15 Pharmacy’s approved and in various stages of the development process; four of which are under construction.
